Lately it’s been getting chilly, but I’ve noticed some young girls still wearing shorts. I’ve even seen elementary school girls in short athletic shorts riding on the back of scooters with their families.
It makes me wonder...don’t they feel cold? Or are they too poor to buy long pants? Ha! Maybe it’s just a fashion thing. You know what they say: beauty is pain.
