Yesterday, after I drove my mom back from the monastery, we headed over to my sister’s place. My sister and brother-in-law took us out for hot pot. Afterward, we went back to their house to hang out and watch some videos. Later on, my sister served some Costco sushi, a delicious veggie stir-fry (I forget exactly what kind of greens they were), and a pot of corn chowder for dinner. Everything was so good, especially the chowder! I’m honestly so grateful for their hospitality.
