Lately, I’ve found that the best way for me to unwind after a long day at work is to sit quietly, close my eyes, and chant the Medicine Buddha Mantra 108 times. It takes about 20 minutes. Every time I finish, I feel refreshed, and my mind feels clear, almost like it’s been reset.
So, what is the Medicine Buddha Mantra?
Simply put, it’s the Medicine Buddha’s heart mantra. When I chant it sincerely, it feels like it gently heals both my body and my mind. It calms me down, eases my stress, and leaves me feeling peaceful.
