What I Learned from a Customer

One of my customers gave me some great advice yesterday. He told me that even if I’m just trying to be nice, I should avoid telling people they look like politicians. Since everyone has different political views, they might actually dislike the person I’m comparing them to. If they get offended, I might lose their business.

I also realized I should probably stay away from celebrity comparisons, too. What if they aren't a fan of that superstar? It’s better to just play it safe.
