My mom had a close call last night. She was heading into the bathroom to take a shower when she slipped---her slippers didn’t have much grip and the floor was a little damp. She hit her foot on the threshold and got a bit bruised and scraped up, but thank God she didn’t fall.
Definitely a wake-up call for me. I need to do something to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
I decided to get a highly absorbent cloth to keep outside the bathroom, and after every shower, I’ll use it to dry the floor.
