That would definitely be tofu. You know, since I’m vegetarian, it’s my main source of protein, so I eat it almost every day. I especially love tofu miso soup...oh man, it’s so good! And when you add some white rice in there...oh my God, it’s absolutely delicious.
I’m a simple guy. I really love natural, simple foods. Honestly, tofu is one of those ingredients you can cook in so many ways. You can steam it, boil it, bake it, or even eat it cold with some soy sauce and green onions. It’s super versatile and really easy to digest, too.
One thing I don’t like? Fried tofu. It’s just too greasy and definitely not healthy. I prefer food that tastes clean and doesn’t make me feel heavy afterward.
