Last night, my neighbors were moving house at eleven at night.
Yes, you heard that right---eleven at night.
They were moving furniture and appliances or something, I’m not even sure. Anyway, the dad kept yelling at his son, like, “Why am I the only one doing all the work?” Stuff like that.
It was so annoying. I was just about to fall asleep, and then their noise woke me up. In the end, I had no choice but to put in earplugs.
Honestly, I think they really need to learn this saying:
Do as you would be done by.
It means treating others the way you’d like to be treated.
