What Time Do You Usually Go to Bed?

I usually go to bed around 10:30 PM because I really can’t stay up too late. If I do, it completely messes me up the next day. For example, I get really irritable or cranky, and sometimes I even break out with pimples or feel constipated. It’s crazy how much lack of sleep affects both my mood and my body.

When I sleep well, I feel relaxed, focused, and full of energy, with a clear mind to take on the day. But when I don’t, even little things annoy me so easily.

I’ve also noticed that most successful people make sure to get enough sleep, so it really shows how important it is. Sleep isn’t just resting; it’s like hitting the reset button for your mind and body. Anyway, getting enough sleep helps me feel happier, healthier, and more productive.
