I’d have to say kiwis are my favorite fruit. I love that they’re both sweet and tart—I’m not a fan of fruit that’s just one or the other, so kiwis are perfect. Plus, they’ve got a ton of fiber, which really helps with digestion. I actually prefer the green ones over the golden ones; even though the golden ones taste better, they’re a little too sweet for me.
