Today, my mom transferred the titles of two scooters to me and my sister. I had to ride both of them over to the DMV for an inspection. It was actually super fast!
The inspector checked the engine and chassis numbers, the headlights (high and low beams), blinkers, brake lights, and tire tread. Everything went smoothly. Honestly, the guy wasn't even that thorough with the second scooter, lol.
Anyway, my mom and I went to the counter to finish the transfer paperwork. It cost NT$600 each (NT$1,200 total), which covered the registration and this year’s fuel tax. After that, we hit up the insurance company to sort out the insurance. It was all done in no time!
