My wall clock in the dining room had died, and I had run out of backup batteries. So I decided to check Shopee for some Panasonic batteries. But I noticed there were so many different prices! The cheapest ones were only 7 Taiwanese dollars each. I wondered why they were so cheap, and then I realized the expiration date was just one year away. That explained it.
Also, I would have needed to buy over 20 batteries to avoid paying a delivery fee.
In the end, I decided to buy them at a physical store. Yeah, it was a bit more expensive, but the expiration date was much longer.
Anyway, a little tip: always check the expiration date before buying batteries, and don’t buy too many online---by the time you use them, they might already be expired!
